Return Policy: 

Due to the nature of our products and hygiene regulations, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any purchased bundles or wigs.

However, we are always open to finding a fair and reasonable solution that works for both parties. Our goal is to ensure mutual satisfaction, and we will do our best to address any concerns honestly and professionally..

Please note:

  • Customers have 7 days from the date of purchase to raise any concerns or submit a complaint about your order.
  • We are not liable for any damages caused by third parties once the product has been sold.

Shipping Policy:

  • Standard Shipping Within the Netherlands:
    Orders that are in stock are shipped every Monday. Customers can expect delivery within 48 hours after Shipping.
    For example, if you place your order on a Tuesday, it will be shipped the following Monday, and the 48-hour delivery timeframe will start from that point.
  • Express Shipping:
    If you choose express shipping, your order will be dispatched the next day after the order is received, except for orders placed on
    weekends.
  • Pre-Order Items:
    For items that are not in stock, a pre-order is required. This process typically takes 3–4 weeks for us to receive the item. Once the pre-ordered item arrives, it will be shipped within 48 hours.

 Shipping Notice

Please note that the working days mentioned do not include public holidays. We kindly ask you to keep this in mind when placing your order. Order processing may be affected by holidays, so we recommend accounting for this when making your purchase. Orders placed on weekends will not begin processing until the following Monday.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email along with a tracking number, which will provide you with an estimated delivery date. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Please be advised that we are not responsible for any delays once the order has been shipped, as it is no longer under our control. To avoid any inconvenience, we suggest placing your order well in advance of any scheduled events.

We will not be held liable for delayed shipments, nor will we issue reimbursements for shipping costs due to delays.
